Return Process

  Initiate Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to start the process.

• 2.
  Pack Your Item

  Place the clean, hair-free harness back in its original packaging to ensure a full refund.

• 3.
  Print & Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label and secure it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off

  Hand your package to the designated carrier. Refunds are processed within 5-7 days of receipt.
